About me:
Grown up in a breeder family, since 1952 with Schnauzers and giantschnauzers. Breeding under affix „Tombola’s“ since 1965. The start was with a Standard Schnauzer bitch peppersalt.
During the years it was also medium brown Poodles, Miniature Poodles black, Miniature Schnauzers, Schnauzers, and Giant Schnauzers in black and peppersalt, Hovawarts, Boston Terriers and Border Terriers. In Boston Terriers and Hovawarts bred World Champion. 1994 Vice-Worldchampion and Junior Worldchampion in Standard Schnauzer peppersalt. In Miniature Schnauzer peppersalt from 1999 to 2001, 4 World- and Junior World Champion and several National and International Champions too. In this days, after our parents passed away, still breeding Standard and Miniature Schnauzers peppersalt, since 10 years also active with Affenpinscher.
In 2018 my homebred Standard Schnauzer “Tombola´s Dragonheart” was Top winning Schnauzer in Europe: World Winner, European Winner, German- and Austrian Bundessieger and several group and BIS.
First start in 1986 as a judge for all Schnauzer and Pinscher. Since there breedspecialist judge for 45 breeds in group 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9. Also group judge for FCI group 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9 and since April 2010 nominated as FCI Allbreed judge. I have judged many times Giant, Standard and Miniature Schnauzers and all Swiss breeds, also Maltese, Havanese, Coton de Tulear, King Charles Spaniel, Yorkshire Terrier, Papillon & Phalène, Griffon, Pug, Hunting breeds from FCI 6, Miniature- and Standard Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Fox Terrier, Australian Shepherd, Kleinspitz on FCI World and FCI European Dog Shows.
From 1994 to 2006 in the Swiss Kynological Society, President for the Judges Commitee from 1994 to 2000 to 2006 also for the Show-Commission. From 2000 to 2006 one of the 2 Vicepresident from the Swiss Kennel Club. 2004 to 2006 Vicepresident of the FCI Judges Commission. Since April 2006 member of honour of the Swiss Kennel Club.
