Welcome to the European Dog Show EDS 2025. We look forward to your visit and the attention you will give to our event.
We invite you to apply for accreditation via our website, where you can secure the necessary accreditation for entry and photography at EDS 2025 in Brno. Photographers’ accreditation is granted for all four (4) days of the exhibition by the Českomoravská kynologická unie (hereinafter ČMKU) exclusively to representatives of the photography profession (hereinafter photographers) who work independently and sell photographs from the European Dog Show 2025 Brno (hereinafter EDS 2025) to third parties.
Accreditation can be obtained by photographers who have a registered photography business, as well as by individuals. The registration fee for photographers’ accreditation is €500.00. Applications are reviewed and approved by ČMKU based on the submitted documentation specified in this text.
ČMKU may select up to ten (10) photographers, based on the provided documents, to whom it will grant accreditation without the requirement to pay the registration fee.
The organizer reserves the right to reject an accreditation request. There is no legal right to accreditation.
All accredited photographers unconditionally agree to the general rules applicable to EDS 2025 and to any special additional rules set by ČMKU at any time. ČMKU reserves the right to revoke the accreditation of any photographer whose behavior disrupts the regular operation of EDS 2025, other media, or public order and peace.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS' ACCREDITATION via the FORM NO LATER THAN 31 January 2025.
If we receive the application after the stated deadline, we cannot guarantee the processing of the accreditation in time.

All accreditation requests are reviewed by ČMKU. For this purpose, the photographer may be asked to provide additional information/documentation if necessary (e.g., proof of work, etc.).
After completing the application, which is available online, and submitting it, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your application. The application will then be processed, which may take up to 14 days. Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from ČMKU. If your application is rejected or if additional information is needed, ČMKU will contact you.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email. You can collect your accreditation on the day of your visit to EDS 2025 in PRESS CENTER BVV. With the confirmation email, you will report to the authorized personnel at the entrance to EDS 2025, who will issue the accreditation after checking the confirmation and your personal identification. If the photographer refuses to present the required information to the authorized personnel when collecting the accreditation, the accreditation will not be issued. If the photographer does not follow the instructions to wear the accreditation visibly, the authorized personnel may remove them from EDS 2025 at any time during the event.
The press center will be located at the BVV fairgrounds, Výstaviště 405/1, 603 00 Brno-střed, during EDS 2025. In the press center, photographers will receive all current information. Photographers’ accreditation is valid for EDS 2025 from 10 to 13 April 2025. Photographers will receive detailed instructions regarding movement areas and restrictions upon receiving accreditation.

By submitting the form, you agree to the conditions of EDS 2025 photographer registration in Brno and compulsorily order accreditation for a fee of EUR 500.
