1. What does the accreditation fee include?
- Entry and parking (including a parking card)
- Access to a fully equipped press center
- Refreshments in the press center throughout the day
- Lunch
- Publication of a link to your EDS albums on the official EDS Facebook page
2. What is the price of accreditation?
- 160 EUR for 1 day – you can choose any single day or multiple days
- 500 EUR for the entire duration of the event (April 10–13, 2025)
- Accreditation for approved journalists is provided free of charge
3. What access do photographers/journalists have to the main ring?
Photographers and journalists with valid accreditation have access to areas along the main ring from which they can take photos. Entry directly into the main ring is prohibited. Exact locations will be marked on-site.
4. How does payment for accreditation work?
- Payment is required only after the accreditation is approved.
- After approval, you will receive written notification along with an invoice.
- Accreditation becomes valid only upon payment of the invoice. If the invoice is not paid, the accreditation will be canceled.
5. Is filming and photography for private purposes allowed?
Yes, filming and photography for private purposes (non-commercial use) are permitted.
