I was born in1957 in Prague.
Robert Kubeš Since I was a child I was surrounded by dogs of different breeds.
When I was 5 years old, we got our first family dog - German Sheperd and through time we had different type of breeds.
In 1989 I brought with my girlfriend our first Shih-tzu. Since 1991 I started to breed shih-tzus and attend dog shows. In our kennel originate a lot of interchampions and champions of many countries. In 1995 I became vice-president of Shih-tzu club ČR and in 2005 I was elected as president of our club. I held this position until 2023.
Since 2005 I am also international FCI judge of dog exterior and I attended as a judge shows in 13 different European countries and all kinds of shows (WDS,EDS,IDS,NDS,SDS,CDS). At the moment I am FCI International judge for groups 3,4,9,10 + Basset Hound, Dalmatin, Rhodesian ridgeback.
