My name is Pet Richard; I was born in Greece where I completed my studies in English and German. I got my first Toy Poodle when I was 13 years old. At the age of 20, I met and married my husband. I started breeding Poodles 28 years ago in Switzerland under the kennel name OF THE ATHENIAN STARS. However, my primary hobby became showing poodles. Our kennel boasts over 150 National and International Champions in Europe and Overseas, along with numerous group and Best in Show (B.I.S.), World/European placements. Since December 2000, I have been a POODLE JUDGE, also judging groups such as 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10. Judging has also become an important hobby for me. I have judged in various countries, including Russia, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic,Belgium, Greece, Denmark,France, Sweden, Japan, and many others. The dog world is a significant part of my life, and the more I learn about dogs, the more I love them! Today, we live with our poodles in Greece, where we call home.
