I received my first dog in 1986 as a gift from my parents; it was a Black Medium female, and she actually started my show and judge’s career later on.
In the following years, I took up an interest in Salukis, I have bred and handled many International and National Champions under my Top Coach prefix.
Currently, I am concentrating on White Dwarf and Toy Poodles.
I attained my first judging licence in 1992 and in the following years succeeded in also attaining my next judging licences.
I have been appointed to judge at Specialty and All Breeds shows in more than 35 countries around the world.
When judging, I always look for sound dogs with correct and typical movement for their breed.
I am a ‘long time member’ of The Czech Poodle Club. Currently hold the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Czech Poodle Club. I am a former member of the Supervisory Board of The Czech Kennel Union.
This wonderful hobby has given me the opportunity of meeting many lovely people, some of which have become my very dear friends.
I look forward to meeting you and your dogs.
Yours
Tomas Kucera
